Tennis "Dirty 30" Birthday - 3/28/14 - This design needed to be a little sweet and a little naughty for a birthday girl on her "Dirty 30" who loves tennis. Her favorite racquet was re-modeled to resemble certain anatomy. Two balls complete the symbolism, along with well-equipped "ball boys" cutouts. The netting was made from Sugarveil, hand-piped and crimped. Balls made of modeling chocolate - all decorations 100% edible. Filled with Carrot cake/Pineapple filling/Spice soak on the top and Vanilla Pound/Strawberry filling/Strawberry soak on the bottom. The birthday girl bit the head off the racquet in appreciation, and the cake was demolished. Happy Birthday!
