Mesa Mustang flying over Flatirons with Balloons!! - 5-23-19
It's Continuation Time for my last 5th Grader!! I've made many cakes for this sweet school over the years, including hedgehogs in pools, snowmen in tophats, llovely llamacorns, and even the Mesa Mustang himself, sitting in a mortarboard, in 2015. It was then that I was reliably informed that the Mesa Mustang is BLUE, so here he is again, flying away to limitless horizons, carried by rainbow hopes to realized dreams. As MM hangs on to the launch, he sails over the famous Boulder Flatirons and our little school, nestled into their rocky laps. This cake was served to the 5th Grade Class, families and staff - filled with Vanilla Pound Cake and Swiss Meringue Buttercream!! Thanks so much to all!
