Black Pegasus Jumanji and Ruby Roundhouse - 3/27/2021 -
This cake was made for a very special young lady who loves the third and newest Jumanji movie. Specifically, she really liked the magnificent sooty black horse who sprouts wings and flies away at the height of the movie. Yes, we chose feathered wings over the dragon wings in the movie, but I think it works!
The two figures are built upon a skeleton of Magic Chocolate modeling chocolate, with a covering of Satin Ice gumpaste. The Cloud is made of chocolate cake with vanilla buttercream, covered with Caljava Fondx and Magic Colours airbrush tints! Entirely edible, NO inedible supports.
