Dark Star Orchestra Singing Bears - 10/19/12 - Dark Star Orchestra is an amazing group of musicians who recreate the music and feeling of a original Grateful Dead show. Dancing and singing Bears seemed to be appropriate - on top of the DSO logo made of Vanilla Almond cake filled with Strawberry-Blackberry filling and Almond Swiss Buttercream. The cake was quite well received, and it was just the sweet snack they needed to go back out for a rocking 2nd set!
