Crosby, Stills & Nash, Eagle Flies With the Dove - 9/23/14 - After many, many designs for this cake I finally decided to portray one of my favorite songs, "Love the One You're With" - ("There's a Rose in a Fisted Glove, And the Eagle Flies With the Dove..."). The birds are made of gumpaste with an internal support and the clouds are solid cake, with cotton-candy tufts. Filled with Almond Pound Cake and Almond-Vanilla Swiss Meringue buttercream. The gents loved this cake too, and it was so great to be able to see them again. Big thanks out to all involved!
