​Somedays you need to slow down and reflect. To taste. To connect with the sensations provided. I heard the beautiful reflection yesterday that anxiety is proof of desire. That is it isn't negative, it is instead the trembling evidence of our Impatience for the Good Stuff, like a racehorse at the gate. It never arrives soon enough, does it?
