Bill and Ted's Most Excellent Cake Adventure (1989), now Face the Music - 9/1/20
DUDE!!!! It gives me great pleasure to present to you Bill S. Preston Esq and Ted 'Theodore' Logan, WYLD STALLYNS! They are back, to fix 2020 and restore Harmony to the Universe with their Righteous Tunes started in the original "Bill and Ted's Excellent Adventure" movie circa 1989. When I heard that Alex Winter and Keanu Reeves were coming together to make a 3rd episode I got weak in the knees, and knew I HAD to be part of this tribute Sugar Art Collaboration. Yep, you heard that right, a Collaboration of Sugar Artists, all for Bill and Ted. Link Below!!
The Phone Booth is hardened sugarpaste with edible gelatin windows. Bill and Ted and sculpted on top, and Abraham Lincoln stands at the back. I really get to going when I make a piece like this. Sometimes I slow down enough to shoot photos for you all, but setting them to narration is an entirely different job. It takes quite a bit of time for me to write everything out, to explain everything I'm doing, and t describe the techniques I'm using. Most of you are just not that interested! And for that reason I have decided to put the Work In Progress photo album into a PDF Downloadable Ebook, in my Store ((scroll down))
For the rest of you, the mildly curious, here a few pics!! Stay Sweet and Party On Dudes!!!
