Apothecary Extracts "Big Buddy" Holidaze Cake - 12/8/2021
Happy Holidays/Festive Yule/Merry Christmas! However you put it, its a time for high spirits, however you get there. I had great fun making this "Big Buddy" version of a Christmas Tree for the good folks at Apothecary Extracts' 2021 Christmas Party!
Everything you see is 100% edible - cake, fondant, isomalt, modeling chocolate - including the "glass" jars and jelly!
They loved it!! Im betting the Vanilla and Chocolate poundcake came in quite welcome later on...
