5th Anniversary Tasting, Sagrada Cake
How about a wee slice of cake? How about FOUR? Right before I left for Cake International I made these for my patrons who commissioned my Sagrada Familia Cake back in 2017, for their 5th Anniversary! They needed a Taste of the original, so I reproduced four of the Flavor Profiles for a sweet memory-inducing plated dessert for their celebratory dinner party. Pumpkin Spice Cake with Maple Swiss Meringue Buttercream, Lavender Cake with Honey Buttercream, Chocolate Cake with Dark Chocolate Buttercream, and the flame classic, Vanilla Cake with Almond Buttercream.
