Hello! I am a cake sculptor like the ones you see on those wild Food shows. If you've ever watched any of them, you know the amazing sculptures we can make from cake, icing and fondant. These personal creations generate incredible excitement and make any event sparkle and zing. People take pictures with it, gather together to cut, and never, never forget the event! I am looking forward to talking about your dream cake to perfectly accent your event -- birthdays, showers, weddings, corporate events, parties, or ???

Just tell me your budget, guest list, due date and I'll tell you what can be done! I will create an estimate for you complete with drawings, 2-3 options and price points. I make super-realistic sugar flowers and gum-paste sculpture. My fondant, cake, fillings, syrups and icings are all home-made and never fail to give rave reviews. As an artist, I also offer free-hand cake sculpting, color-matching, logo reproduction, font matching, etc, but my specialty and personal joy is 3-dimensional cake sculpture -- I love a good challenge!
I am a classically trained Pastry Chef who graduated with Honors, and I use the highest quality ingredients possible. Pre-made fillings, "frostings" in a pail, and boxed mixes have NO place in my kitchen. My Swiss Buttercream icing is made fresh from scratch for each commission, as are all components like cake and syrups. If I wouldn't eat it how could I expect you to? I'm pretty picky about my Pastry; you benefit as a result! I use only hormone-free milk, butter & cream, local sugar and flour, and free-range brown nest eggs. Gluten-Free and low-glycemic selections are available.
A unique cake makes any celebration take on that extra something! Think of it as Performance Art - like a live band - you will enjoy it all night, and then wrap up your event with a gigantic cutting that brings all your guests in for a final hurrah & farewell.
